In France 🇫🇷 Your stickers are sent via tracked mail (turquoise letter) directly to your home. This ensures secure and worry-free tracking all the way to your mailbox. Each sheet or set of stickers is carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition and ready to be stuck anywhere!

International Shipping 🌍 Shipments are sent via international priority mail. Delivery times generally vary from 3 to 8 days depending on the destination country. Please note that detailed tracking information then depends on your country's postal service. Each item is packaged with the same care to guarantee secure delivery, regardless of distance.

If you notice a problem with your delivery (damaged item, personalization error, etc.), please contact me within 5 business days of receiving your order. Don't forget to attach clear photos of the product in question to the following address: maisonfleurbleue13@gmail.com .

Personalized items are created especially for you: therefore they are unique and cannot be returned.

For this reason, no returns or refunds can be accepted, except in the case of an error on my part or a defective product upon receipt. In these specific cases, I will of course do my best to find a suitable solution (replacement or a goodwill gesture, depending on the situation) to ensure your complete satisfaction!

This is not a toy: These products are not toys. Please keep them out of reach of young children.

• Light: Do not expose the pieces to direct sunlight in order to preserve the brilliance of the colours and pigments.

• Environment: Avoid humid places (bathroom, outdoors) to guarantee the durability and quality of the handmade paper.

• Handling: Do not tear the paper. It is a living material that requires gentleness.

As each piece is custom-made and created with love, my production time is usually one week, depending on current orders.

For handmade paper creations and/or personalization (which requires a little more preparation time!), please allow between 1 and 2 weeks for the magic to happen. ✨

In any case, I always promise to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible!
