Shipping Methods & Tracking 🔎
Envelope or Parcel : Depending on the size of your order, it will be sent either in a reinforced envelope (for stickers and small bookmarks), or in a parcel.
Peace of mind is our priority : For each order, you will receive a tracking number. This will allow you to follow every step of your package's journey with complete peace of mind.

Postal delivery times (estimates) 📬
In France : La Poste generally indicates a delivery time of 2 to 3 working days (48 hours for Colissimo).
Please note : These delivery times are in addition to the production time. While I promise to ship your creations as quickly as possible, I unfortunately cannot control any potential delays by the postal service once the package has been dropped off.

The little extra 🌿 Each shipment is prepared in packaging designed to best protect your creations against the shocks of transport, while remaining true to my sweet and poetic world.
As each piece is custom-made and created with love, my production time is usually one week, depending on current orders.

For handmade paper creations and/or personalization (which requires a little more preparation time!), please allow between 1 and 2 weeks for the magic to happen. ✨

In any case, I always promise to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible!

If you notice a problem with your delivery (damaged item, personalization error, etc.), please contact me within 5 business days of receiving your order. Don't forget to attach clear photos of the product in question to the following address: maisonfleurbleue13@gmail.com .

Personalized items are created especially for you: therefore they are unique and cannot be returned.
For this reason, no returns or refunds can be accepted, except in the case of an error on my part or a defective product upon receipt. In these specific cases, I will of course do my best to find a suitable solution (replacement or a goodwill gesture, depending on the situation) to ensure your complete satisfaction!
This is not a toy: These products are not toys. Please keep them out of reach of young children.
Light: Do not expose the pieces to direct sunlight in order to preserve the brilliance of the colours and pigments.
Environment: Avoid humid places (bathroom, outdoors) to guarantee the durability and quality of the handmade paper.
Handling: Do not tear the paper. It is a living material that requires gentleness.
